I am a vendor with this company for over the past 5 years. I couldn't be more impressed on they way they run this tight operation. I have never had one complaint and always get paid on time, everytime! I've worked with Paige for 5 years here and another 5 years at another company and she is one in a million. She knows her stuff and I have always trusted her with any questions that may arise while I am performing my duties for Decas Group. I am very lucky to be associated with this company and enjoy it alot.

I have been renting from this company a little over a year now and I must admit they are phenomenal. First the application process was easy and they got back to me immediately…moving in was a piece of cake they are so easy to deal with. I have had a couple of issues within my house that needed maintenance and it’s normal things like a new thermostat or toilet may not be working correctly and as soon as I put in a maintenance request they were always here next day at the latest. I refer all my friends and family to them and I will continue to rent from them. This is not a paid review I am a real person and a real life tenant and I highly recommend renting your next place from The Decas Group!!!!!

I have a property managed by Decas, it hasn't been long, but so far, the communication and managing services were amazing. I specifically appreciate Paige and Sue for their promptness in responding and positive attitude.

I took the plunge and bought my first out of state investment property. Decas has been great throughout the process and walked me through the onboarding. There were a few hiccups in the beginning but the issues were quickly resolved and the staff were very attentive. I just finished my first 12 months with the Decas Group and have been satisfied. I plan on purchasing other properties in the same area and keeping Decas as my preferred property management company.

We were able to benefit from the support of the Decas team during 7 years. They always provided a service above their contractual engagements and we had a very satisfying profit return.
