I have been renting from this company a little over a year now and I must admit they are phenomenal. First the application process was easy and they got back to me immediately…moving in was a piece of cake they are so easy to deal with. I have had a couple of issues within my house that needed maintenance and it’s normal things like a new thermostat or toilet may not be working correctly and as soon as I put in a maintenance request they were always here next day at the latest. I refer all my friends and family to them and I will continue to rent from them. This is not a paid review I am a real person and a real life tenant and I highly recommend renting your next place from The Decas Group!!!!!

I took the plunge and bought my first out of state investment property. Decas has been great throughout the process and walked me through the onboarding. There were a few hiccups in the beginning but the issues were quickly resolved and the staff were very attentive. I just finished my first 12 months with the Decas Group and have been satisfied. I plan on purchasing other properties in the same area and keeping Decas as my preferred property management company.
