If for some reason they break their lease, we’ll quickly replace that tenant with a new renter, ensuring your cash flow isn’t disrupted and your return on investment (ROI) is protected. There’s no new leasing fee.

We can make this guarantee because we trust our screening process. Not only do we have a great system in place, we also get to know prospective renters before they even apply. We ask a series of pre-qualifying questions about why they’re moving, when they’d like to move, whether they have pets, and what their budget is. This gives us an idea of whether or not they’re going to be right for your property.

Decas Group is a very good company to rent from, every time I had a maintenance issue they responded in a timely matter. Ms. Paige is a great property manager she has handle every issue I had very professional. (2 year update) Decas proved to be consistently excellent. They coordinated repairs well, answered all my questions expediently and even helped me sell my property without any effort on my part. What a great team, thanks Decas! (First year update) So far so good for 10 months now. The Decas team is courteous and professional. They have been quickly responsive to all my questions and requests. Fees are plain to see in the monthly reports and are exactly what I expected from the beginning, nothing hidden.
